Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Deputy Sales Manager based in Jhansi. The Deputy Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales of housing finance products,



including home loans and loans against property, through direct sourcing and collaboration with channel partners, builders, and developers. The role involves managing a sales team, setting targets, tracking performance, and supporting team members to achieve branch and regional sales objectives. Daily activities include meeting prospective and existing customers, conducting need-based financial discussions, preparing and reviewing proposals, and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines. The Deputy Sales Manager also coordinates with credit, operations, and collections teams to enable smooth end-to-end loan processing and deliver a high-quality customer experience.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales or business development within housing finance, banking, or financial services, with a strong track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
