Role Description The Front Office Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for managing day-to-day reception and administrative activities. This role includes greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members,



and maintaining a professional front office environment. The Front Office Assistant will schedule and confirm appointments, manage visitor logs, support basic office coordination, and assist with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation. The position also involves coordinating with internal teams for meeting room bookings, courier handling, and ensuring that front office supplies and materials are well stocked. The role requires consistent, courteous communication and a focus on delivering a welcoming experience for employees, clients, and partners.
Qualifications

Robust interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with visitors, clients, and team members.
Demonstrated phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems or reception desks.
Experience with appointment scheduling, calendar management, and coordinating meeting logistics.
