Role Description The Human Resources Intern will support the HR team in day-to-day operations, including assisting with recruitment processes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining employee records.



Responsibilities include helping implement HR policies, supporting onboarding activities, and coordinating basic employee engagement initiatives. The intern will assist in compiling HR reports, updating HR documentation, and responding to routine employee queries under supervision. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar, where the intern will collaborate closely with HR and management to learn and apply HR best practices.
Qualifications
Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices.
Ability to support HR Management tasks such as recruitment coordination and record keeping.
Understanding of HR Policies and basic compliance requirements.
Awareness of Employee Benefits and interest in learning payroll and welfare processes.
Basic skills in Personnel Management, including communication and relationship building.
