Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time role based in Bengaluru with a hybrid work arrangement, combining in office collaboration with some work-from-home flexibility.



This role involves identifying and qualifying leads, conducting consultative sales conversations, and closing deals for The Corporate Leap’s programs and corporate training solutions. The Sales Specialist will manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including follow-ups, proposals, and negotiations, while maintaining strong relationships with individual learners, educational institutions, and corporate clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. The role also involves participating in events or webinars, gathering market insights, and contributing to sales strategies to drive revenue growth and brand visibility.
Qualifications
