If you view quality engineering as an architectural discipline rather than a checkbox exercise, we want to talk. We are looking for an Automation Test Lead to own our testing strategy, build scalable frameworks from scratch, and mentor a high-velocity team of automation engineers.

THE MISSION:

/n

/n
- Architect & Automate: Design, execute, and scale high-speed automation frameworks across Web, Mobile (iOS/Android), and REST APIs with zero legacy constraints.
/n
- Shift-Left Engineering: Integrate automated suites directly into DevOps CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab) for continuous, reliable daily deployments.
/n
- Lead the Standard: Mentor a talent-dense engineering team, setting the benchmark for performance, code quality, and testing rigor.
/n
- Cross-Functional Impact: Collaborate directly with Product and Core Engineering leads to embed high-performance QA into every sprint.
/n

WHO YOU ARE:

/n

/n
- Experience:



10+ years in Software Quality Engineering, with 2+ years in technical leadership .
/n
- Core Code: Mastery in Java, Python, or TypeScript/JavaScript .
/n
- Framework Mastery: Hands-on experience architecting suites in Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, or RestAssured .
/n
- DevOps Native: Proven expertise seamlessly wiring automated tests into CI/CD build environments and validating backend API architectures.
/n
