The Learning Operations team in the US India office is a team of individuals that provide end to end learning administrative and backend operations support for Deloitte Member Firms across the globe. Work you'll do

As a Services Specialist, Talent Processes and Business Support on the Learning Operations team, you will be responsible for supporting learning operations activities for offshore clients, including training planning, delivery coordination, and client support.

Serve as a point of contact for internal clients by coordinating learning operations activities and supporting virtual training transitions.
Monitor task completion for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness, and perform quality checks before deliverables are submitted.
Coordinate workload across resources, track progress,



and support service delivery against established timelines.
Maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures, checklists, and frequently asked questions, for core activities.
Support reporting, issue escalation, and team collaboration by contributing to metrics, dashboards, knowledge sharing, and firm initiatives.

Qualifications

Required:

Graduate, Master of Business Administration, or postgraduate degree
5-7 years of experience in a learning, learning operations, or backend operations workplace
