Role Description The Commercial Real Estate Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane.



This role involves advising commercial clients on property investments, leasing, and portfolio strategies using data-backed market research and financial analysis. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and sourcing commercial properties, conducting site visits, evaluating feasibility and valuations, preparing proposals and presentations, and supporting negotiations and transaction structuring. The Advisor will maintain robust client relationships, provide ongoing portfolio advice, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders such as developers, legal teams, and financial institutions. The role also requires regular monitoring of market trends in Thane, Mumbai, and MMR and contributing insights to Seed Realty’s research and consulting initiatives.
