Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Admissions Counselor role based in Noida. The Admissions Counselor will guide prospective learners through the admissions process by responding to inquiries, explaining program offerings,



and providing clear information on enrollment criteria, timelines, and procedures. The role involves conducting counseling sessions (in-person, over phone, or via digital channels), assessing applicant fit, and helping individuals choose suitable learning pathways aligned with their goals. The counselor will maintain accurate records of leads and enrolled students, follow up with prospective learners, and collaborate with academic and operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Additional responsibilities include supporting outreach activities, participating in events or orientations, and contributing feedback to improve admissions processes and learner experiences.
