Role Description
The Area Sales Manager will drive recent school partnerships, student enrolments and revenue across the Hyderabad region. The role owns the complete B2B sales cycle - territory planning, prospecting, meetings, solution presentations, proposals, negotiation, closure and structured handover to School Success.

Key Responsibilities
· Map, segment and prioritize target schools across the assigned Hyderabad territory.
· Generate qualified opportunities through school visits, referrals, events, associations and marketing leads.
· Build relationships with school owners, directors, principals and academic decision-makers.
· Understand each school's needs and present the most relevant Lean Hyphen partnership model.




· Conduct discovery meetings, presentations and commercial discussions; prepare proposals and close annual partnerships.
· Achieve assigned targets for school acquisitions, student enrolments, revenue and collections.
· Maintain accurate opportunities, next actions, forecasts and meeting notes in the CRM.
· Coordinate with Marketing, Product and School Success; complete a clear handover after closure.
· Track competitors, objections and reasons for wins or losses; report insights to the Sales Head.
· Guide assigned Sales Executives, review their pipelines and accompany them for priority meetings, when applicable.

Key Performance Indicators
· Achievement of quarterly and annual revenue, school acquisition and student-enrolment targets.
· Qualified pipeline maintained at approximately 3x the upcoming quarterly target.
· Number of decision-maker meetings, proposals and partnerships closed.
· Proposal-to-closure conversio
