Role Description This is a full time, on-site Area Sales Manager role based in Dibrugarh East. The Area Sales Manager is responsible for achieving sales targets, driving prescription growth,



and expanding market share for Lupin’s portfolio in the assigned territory. Daily responsibilities include planning and executing field visits, engaging with healthcare professionals, conducting product presentations, and ensuring timely availability of products through coordination with distributors and stockists. The role involves monitoring territory performance, analyzing sales data, implementing marketing and promotional strategies, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. The Area Sales Manager will also coach and guide field teams where applicable, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and provide regular reporting and insights to regional leadership.
