Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Area Manager role based in Hyderabad. The Area Manager oversees multiple cafe outlets, ensuring consistent operational standards, product quality, and guest experience across locations. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring store performance, guiding outlet managers, managing staffing levels, and ensuring adherence to brand SOPs and hygiene standards. The role involves analyzing sales and cost metrics,



driving local marketing initiatives, and implementing strategies to increase revenue and profitability. The Area Manager also handles issue resolution, conducts regular audits, provides coaching and feedback to teams, and collaborates with senior management on expansion and improvement plans.
Qualifications
Experience in multi-unit operations management within QSR, cafe, or hospitality environments, with strong focus on store performance and brand standards.
Skills in team leadership, staff training, and people management, including the ability to motivate diverse teams and foster a positive work culture.
Operational and administrative skills, such as inventory control, scheduling, budgeting, and adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations.
