Role Description The Senior Interior Designer will lead end-to-end design for residential interior projects, ensuring that concepts are fully executable and aligned with Shilpkar’s delivery standards. In this full time, on-site role based in Mumbai,



the designer will develop design concepts, space plans, and detailed drawings, and coordinate closely with project managers and on-site teams to ensure accurate implementation. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting clients to understand requirements, preparing presentations and mood boards, selecting materials and finishes, and specifying FF&E; in line with budget and timelines. The role involves reviewing construction drawings, conducting site visits to monitor progress and quality, and resolving design and execution issues in collaboration with vendors and contractors. The Senior Interior Designer will also mentor junior designers, contribute to process improvement, and help maintain design consistency across multiple projects.
