We are looking for an experienced, dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader who can lead from the front, drive business through the team and consistently generate revenue.

? Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, manage & motivate a sales team
• Drive new client acquisition and business development
• Generate revenue & brokerage business through the team
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly business targets
• Build strong relationships with Retail & HNI clients
• Drive cross-selling of Equity, Derivatives, Mutual Funds, IPOs, PMS & other financial products
• Develop new business opportunities and expand the client base
• Monitor team performance, conversion ratios and productivity
• Coach team members to improve sales performance and revenue generation

? What We Are Looking For:




✅ Proven experience in Stock Broking / Capital Markets
✅ Solid leadership & team management skills
✅ Excellent client acquisition & business development capabilities
✅ Ability to generate consistent revenue through the team
✅ Strong communication, networking & relationship-management skills

? Experience: Relevant experience in Stock Broking / Financial Services preferred.
