We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to support and manage financial operations across multiple business entities. Working closely with senior finance leadership, the role will cover accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, statutory compliance, audits, internal controls, MIS reporting, and financial planning.
The ideal candidate will have strong financial and analytical expertise, sound knowledge of regulatory requirements, and the ability to manage finance operations across diverse business functions while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and strong financial governance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end accounting and financial reporting across multiple business entities.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
Support the CFO in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and business analysis.
Monitor cash flow,



working capital, fund utilization, and financial requirements across business units.
Ensure timely and accurate compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and other statutory requirements.
Coordinate statutory, internal, tax, and compliance audits.
Ensure compliance with applicable Accounting Standards, Companies Act, and financial regulations.
Develop, strengthen, and maintain internal financial controls, SOPs, and governance processes.
Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, financial analysis, and management presentations.
Analyze financial performance, identify variances, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
Support cost optimization, profitability improvement, resource planning, and financial efficiency initiatives.
Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, bankers, and regulatory authorities.
Review accounting processes and identify opportunities to improve accuracy, control
