Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer with 3+ years of experience to join our energetic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing cloud infrastructure, automating CI/CD pipelines, and deploying scalable applications using modern DevOps tools and practices. You will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our systems while driving continuous improvement in our development and deployment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Kubernetes & Helm:
Design, deploy, and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes.
Create and manage Helm charts for application packaging and deployment.
Optimize Kubernetes clusters for scalability, performance, and cost-efficiency.
Cloud Infrastructure (AWS):
Build and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS using best practices.
Implement auto-scaling, load balancing, and disaster recovery strategies.
Monitor and optimize cloud resources for performance and cost.
CI/CD Pipelines:
Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Argo CD.




Automate build, test, and deployment processes for faster delivery cycles.
Ensure seamless integration of code changes into production environments.
Infrastructure as Code (Terraform):
Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform.
Manage version-controlled infrastructure configurations for consistency and repeatability.
Monitoring & Observability (Dynatrace):
Implement monitoring and observability solutions using Dynatrace.
Analyze performance metrics and troubleshoot issues in real-time.
Proactively identify and resolve system bottlenecks and failures.
Collaboration & Documentation:
Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth workflows.
Document processes, configurations, and best practices for knowledge sharing.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members as needed.
