We are looking for a confident, empathetic, and target-oriented Telecaller to join our clinic team.
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 1–2 years
Employment: Full-time( on-site)
Salary: 15-20K

Key Responsibilities
Call and follow up with new patient enquiries
Understand patient requirements and provide basic information about the clinic/services
Convert enquiries into appointments
Confirm upcoming appointments and reduce no-shows
Follow up with interested and pending leads
Reconnect with inactive/old patients
Maintain accurate lead and patient information in the CRM
Update call outcomes, follow-up dates and appointment status
Coordinate with the front desk and clinic team
Maintain a professional, polite and empathetic communication style
What We’re Looking For
Excellent communication skills
Telugu + English proficiency preferred
Hindi is an added advantage
Confident and comfortable speaking over the phone




Good listening and interpersonal skills
Basic computer/CRM knowledge
Ability to follow up consistently
Goal-oriented with a patient-first approach
Performance Will Be Measured On
Leads Contacted → Appointments Booked → Appointments Confirmed → Patients Visited → Follow-ups Completed
