Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive based in Guwahati. The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance and leave management, and maintaining employee records. The role involves overseeing employee relations, supporting performance management processes, and ensuring fair and consistent application of company HR policies.



The Human Resources Executive will assist in designing and implementing HR initiatives, coordinating training programs, and supporting compliance with labor laws and organizational standards. Collaboration with management and employees to foster a positive, safe, and inclusive workplace culture is a key component of this role.
Qualifications
Solid foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to support strategic and operational HR needs.
Hands-on experience in HR Operations, including recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and HR administration.
Knowledge of Employee Relations practices, with skills in conflict resolution, employee engagement, and grievance handling.
Ability to interpret, implement, and maintain HR Policies in alignment with local labor regulations and company standards.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantag
