Role Description: The Telesales Consultant is a full-time, remote(WfH) role. The role involves engaging prospective students, professionals, and institutional clients via phone to promote GCA’s services in international education, travel, and global mobility. The consultant will handle inbound and outbound calls,



qualify leads, present tailored solutions, and follow up to convert inquiries into confirmed enrollments or service agreements. Daily tasks include managing call logs and CRM records, responding promptly to customer queries, coordinating with internal teams for updated information on programs and services, and meeting individual and team sales targets. The role also includes providing clear guidance on processes such as admissions, visa support, and travel planning, while maintaining a high standard of customer experience and professionalism.

Qualifications
Solid Sales and Sales Consulting skills, with the ability to identify customer needs, present solutions, and close deals.
