Key Responsibilities - Transaction Execution Support end-to-end execution of investment banking transactions, including capital raises and M&A; mandates Build robust financial models, valuation analyses, investor presentations, pitch books, information memorandums, and other transaction materials Coordinate investor interactions and respond to diligence requests during live transactions Assist in preparation and review of transaction documentation, including Term Sheets, Share Subscription Agreements (SSA), Shareholders' Agreements (SHA), and other legal documents Client & Stakeholder Management Work closely with founders and management teams to understand business objectives and transaction requirements Help clients organize financial information, MIS, his
