This role involves leading a team, ensuring compliance with credit guidelines, and driving operational efficiency while maintaining high-quality standards across all loan files.

nKey Responsibilities
n1. Credit Review & Documentation

- Review loan applications and supporting documents to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with credit and program guidelinesn
- Collect, validate, and organize borrower documentation such as financial statements, tax returns, ownership records, and insurance papersn
- Identify and reconcile inconsistencies across documents (e.g., ownership details, revenue figures, entity names, and addresses),



escalating discrepancies when requiredn
- Prepare loan files for underwriting submission and closing using standardized checklists and quality control measuresn
