Position : Design Manage/ Fashion Designer

Education : Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Fashion Design or related field

We are looking for an experienced Design Manager / Fashion Design professional responsible for leading the fashion design and product development function, developing innovative and commercially viable designs, managing design teams, and ensuring products align with international fashion trends and global brand requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in apparel, denim, woven garments, jackets, or outerwear, along with proven exposure to international fashion brands and a solid professional design portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the overall fashion design and product development function.
- Develop creative and commercially viable fashion concepts aligned with international trends and market requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of fashion designers and design professionals.




- Develop seasonal collections, concepts, mood boards, color palettes, prints, and garment designs.
- Conduct fashion trend research and identify emerging international trends, fabrics, silhouettes, and design directions.
- Work closely with merchandising, product development, production, and technical teams to ensure successful execution of designs.
- Collaborate with international clients, buyers, and fashion brands to understand design requirements and expectations.
- Oversee the development of denim, woven garments, jackets, outerwear, and other apparel categories. Ensure designs meet international quality, aesthetic, functionality, and commercial standards.
