About the Role

NetBounce Global LLP is looking for a knowledgeable and engaging Faculty – Basic Accounting to join our Learning & Development team.

The role will focus on building strong accounting fundamentals and practical workplace skills among trainees preparing for careers in US Accounting. The ideal candidate should be confident in teaching, comfortable maintaining high learning standards, and capable of making accounting concepts practical and work-oriented.

What You'll Own
- Deliver training on accounting fundamentals including double-entry bookkeeping, journals, ledgers, subsidiary books, trial balance, adjusting entries, depreciation, provisions, bank reconciliation, and final accounts.
- Train participants on practical use of Excel, including lookups, pivot tables, keyboard navigation, speed, and accuracy.
- Design and maintain entrance assessments,



including preparing fresh assessment variants and evaluating candidate performance.
- Conduct supervised practical lab sessions and provide hands-on guidance to trainees.
- Evaluate assessments and provide constructive feedback to improve accounting knowledge and practical skills.
- Maintain training quality, discipline, learning standards, and batch progress.
- Identify learning gaps and provide additional support or clarification where required.

What We're Looking For
- CA Inter or M.Com with 3+ years of teaching/training experience, OR 3+ years of practical accounting experience with a robust aptitude for teaching.
- Strong knowledge of accounting fundamentals and practical bookkeeping concepts.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel with valuable speed and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable teaching in Hinglish.
- Confident in maintaining classroom discipline and enforcing learning standar
