ServiceNow Consultant - ITOM who is experienced with Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping and AIOps.
This requires an experienced ITOM/AIOps consultant capable of configuring ServiceNow operational intelligence capabilities rather than a general platform resource.

Primary Responsibilities

Lead implementation of Phase 1 AIOps use cases.
Configure and optimize:
- Event Management
- Metric Intelligence
- Health Log Analytics
- Event Correlation
- Impact Analysis
- CMDB
- Service Mapping

Configure anomaly detection for:
- CPU utilization
- Memory utilization
- Disk utilization
- Support root cause analysis workflows.
- Validate monitoring integrations and event sources.
- Configure service dependency and impact visibility.
- Support event-noise reduction initiatives.
- Participate in testing, validation, and outcome demonstrations.
