About the Role

We are looking for an energetic Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities for our printing, outdoor marketing, event branding, advertising, signage and corporate branding solutions.

The role involves lead generation, client meetings, understanding customer requirements, presenting solutions, developing relationships and converting prospects into business.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate current business leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, references and online research.
- Identify and approach potential customers for printing, outdoor advertising, event branding, signage and promotional solutions.
- Develop relationships with corporates, advertising agencies, event companies, retailers, brands and marketing teams.
- Conduct client meetings and understand customer requirements.




- Recommend suitable printing and branding solutions based on customer requirements.
- Prepare quotations, proposals and commercial offers in coordination with internal teams.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into confirmed business.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and customer database.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly business development targets.
- Coordinate with Design, Production, Operations and Finance teams for smooth execution.
- Develop existing customer relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business and referrals.
- Visit customer locations, project sites, events and exhibitions as required.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing and new business opportunities.

Ideal Candidate
- 2–6 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales or Client Acquisition.
- Candidates from Printing, Digital Printing, Outdoor Advertising, OOH, Branding, Signage, Events, Exhibitions, Advertising, Media or Corporate
