Role Description The Area Sales Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Gurugram, with a mix of on-site client visits and office or work-from-home responsibilities. This role involves managing sales activities within an assigned territory, building and maintaining relationships with healthcare facilities, distributors, and key decision-makers. The Area Sales Manager will regularly visit customers, present product solutions,



conduct product demonstrations, negotiate pricing and contracts, and follow up on leads to achieve sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include planning and tracking territory performance, preparing sales reports, coordinating with internal teams for supply, logistics, and customer support, and staying updated on market trends and competitor activities. The role also requires participation in trainings, conferences, and promotional events to strengthen market presence for Cyro’s medical devices.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in medical devices or healthcare sales, with solid skills in territory management and client relationship building.
