n The Opportunity
nIn your role as a Manager for Programs, you will be reporting into the Senior Manager or Lead- Programs. The Senior Manager or Lead- Programs is responsible for all aspects of upGrad Programs.
n
n Your responsibility is to discover market opportunities, develop new courses to address these opportunities, bring them to market, drive enrolments, ensure learning outcomes for learners . You will work with the other teams at UpGrad to deliver on these responsibilities. We have specialized teams for course development, course marketing,
course enrolments, course delivery and alumni management.
n
n You will be seen to be succeeding in your role if you discover large market opportunities and then build and offer courses for this opportunity . We expect enrolments to scale rapidly and high learning impact.

n Your Role

- Discover global/local market chance for courses: Through understanding trends in the learning market, understanding the offerings of our existing University partners, discovering new University partners who we can partner for courses n
- Building new courses/upgrading existing courses with price, markets, value-proposition, differentiators n
- Collaborate with University Relations, Learning Design and other relevant stakeholders during Program development phase n
- Driving enrolments for these courses by working closely with marketing and sales teams n
- Driving enhancing learner outcome projects
