About the Job:

Role Title : Senior Project Controller
- Experience : 8-12 years

- Education : B.Tech Civil or Mechanical Engineering / MBA / M.Tech / PGDM in Project Management / Construction Management

Job Description :
- Develop, manage, and maintain project budgets, forecasts, cost baselines and financial reports
- Monitor project costs, schedules, and performance metrics to identify variances and potential risks
- Perform cost variance and trend analysis and recommend corrective actions
- Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting
- Ensure accurate and timely cost, progress, and forecast reporting
- Support or integrate project schedules using MS Project / Primavera P6
- Monitor progress against planned milestones and deliverables
- Perform Earned Value Analysis (EVA) and performance metrics
- Maintain Estimate-to-complete and estimate-at-completion (EAC) forecasts
- Track changes, variations, and claims and assess financial impacts
- Project invoicing based on resources,



materials etc. using ERP (Maconomy, SAP, Ecosys etc.).
- Implement and maintain project control systems, tools, and best practices
- Analyze project data to provide insights and recommendations for improving project efficiency and profitability
- Prepare monthly project reports, dashboards, and KPIs for management and stakeholders
- Improve reporting efficiency through analytics and automation using tools (e.G., Power BI, Power Automate, Advanced Excel / VBA)
- Prepare interactive PowerBI dashboards for overall project controls insights and performance KPIs.
- Provide guidance and training to Junior Project controllers and interns.
- Support in operations and Team management
