Role Description The Client Relationship Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with existing and new customers, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed promptly. Day-to-day tasks include regular customer communication, handling inquiries and orders,



coordinating with internal teams (sales, production, logistics, and technical support), and tracking delivery and service quality. The Client Relationship Manager will monitor customer satisfaction, resolve issues, identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and provide feedback to internal stakeholders to improve products and services. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, preparing reports, and supporting business development activities and customer visits or meetings.
