n ABOUT THE ROLE
n
nWe are looking for an L1 NOC Engineer to join our Network Operations team in Ahmedabad. The candidate will be responsible for continuous monitoring of network and IT infrastructure, identifying incidents, performing initial troubleshooting, maintaining incident records and escalating issues to the appropriate technical teams within defined timelines.
nThe role requires strong alertness, troubleshooting ability, communication skills and the ability to work effectively in USA Shift ( 05:30 PM - 02:30 PM )

n KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

n Network & Infrastructure Monitoring
n
n
- n
- Monitor network devices, servers, applications and IT infrastructure through NOC monitoring tools.n
- Monitor alerts, alarms,



outages and performance-related issues.n
- Identify and report incidents and service degradation promptly.n
- Ensure continuous monitoring of critical infrastructure.n

n Incident Management

- n
- Receive, log and acknowledge incidents and service requests.n
- Perform L1-level troubleshooting using defined SOPs and runbooks.n
- Categorize and prioritize incidents based on severity and business impact.n
- Escalate unresolved incidents to L2/L3 teams within defined timelines.n
- Maintain accurate incident and escalation records.n
- Technical Troubleshootingn
- Perform basic troubleshooting of:n
- LAN / WAN connectivityn
- Routers and switchesn
- Firewallsn
- VPN connectivityn
- Internet connectivityn
- DNS / DHCP issuesn
- Basic server and infrastructure alertsn
