Role Description The Senior UPS Service Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This position is responsible for installing, commissioning, maintaining, and repairing UPS systems and related power equipment at customer locations. Daily tasks include diagnosing technical issues, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, conducting site inspections,



and preparing service reports. The engineer will provide on-site technical support, coordinate with internal teams and vendors for spare parts and escalations, and ensure that service visits meet safety and quality standards. The role also involves guiding junior technicians, communicating clearly with customers about issues and solutions, and supporting continuous improvement of field service processes.
Qualifications
- Robust UPS and power systems expertise, including troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for electronic and electrical components.
