Role Description
We are seeking an experienced and communicative Sales Manager for a full-time, on-site role in Udaipur.
This is an individual contributor role with no team-management responsibility. The candidate will be responsible for managing incoming leads, conducting consultations over calls, converting individual and group enquiries, developing corporate wellness partnerships, and maintaining strong relationships with prospective guests and organizations. The role also involves understanding the health concerns and wellness requirements of leads, coordinating with doctors and senior medical/wellness team members where required,



and ensuring that accurate and appropriate information is communicated to prospective guests. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and sales skills, along with a genuine understanding of wellness, Naturopathy, Ayurveda, Yoga, and NABH quality norms.

Qualifications
• 5–8+ years of experience in sales, preferably in wellness, healthcare, hospitality, medical wellness, or a premium service industry
• Proven experience in lead conversion, consultative sales, group sales, and corporate business development
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong ability to understand customer requirements and conduct high-quality sales consultations over calls
• Good understanding of Naturopathy, Ayurveda, Yoga, wellness therapies, and holistic wellness
• Working knowledge of NABH norms, quality standards, and basic healthcare protocols
• Ability to understand health-related concerns and coordinate appropriat
