n What is the role?
nWe are looking for a Social Media Manager to monitor & manage social media platforms, create
ncommunities for the brand & tactically execute campaigns to drive brand awareness with profitable growth.
n
n Key responsibilities:
n Social Media Management:
n● Monitor and manage social media channels, including scheduling posts, responding to
n● comments, messages, and maintaining an editorial calendar.
n● Assist creating monthly, quarterly and annual plans ensuring budget vs. actual
ncompliance on spend inputs, leads & outcome metrics.
n● Hands on experience in Facebook Ads manager,



audiences, campaign implementation
n& reporting.
n● Ensure implementation of platform wise content strategy.
n● Ensure all the product/ business posts, Topical calendar, are followed every month.
nContent curation & creation:
n● Creative bent of mind & content creator / copy, concepts , ideation, communication
n● Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including but not limited
nto,Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc. with agencies, in house design
nteam.
n● Create campaigns that leverage current events, cultural moments, and other relevant
ntopics to drive engagement & increase brand awareness.
nAnalytics and Reporting:
n● Analyze and report social media metrics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for
nimprovement.
n● Competitor analysis and analytics.

n● Monitor and manage the brand's online reputation on s
