We are looking for an experienced and highly analytical Chartered Accountant to lead our finance, taxation, and project accounting operations.

The Senior Chartered Accountant will serve as the financial backbone of our construction and real estate operations. This role demands a proactive qualified who can seamlessly manage site-wise cost accounting, navigate complex direct and indirect taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax), ensure strict RERA financial compliance, and lead our regular accounting team.

Financial Planning & Strategy

Prepare detailed cash-flow forecasts, feasibility studies,



and financial projections for ongoing and upcoming commercial/residential projects.

Manage fund flows and liaise with banks and financial institutions for project funding, loan drawdowns, and repayment tracking.

Present monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports, highlighting project profitability and budget-versus-actual variances to the executive team.

Site Cost Management & Project Accounting

Implement strict project-wise accounting to track land costs, material procurement, labor, site overheads, and work-in-progress (WIP) inventory.
