NRI Relationship Manager – Responsibilities /n

- Manage NRI Client Relationships Handle a portfolio of NRI customers.
/n
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-value NRI clients.
/n
- Understand customers’ financial needs and provide suitable banking solutions.
/n
- NRI Account Management Manage NRE, NRO and FCNR accounts.
/n
- Assist customers with account opening, KYC, documentation and service requests.
/n
- Ensure compliance with RBI/FEMA regulations.
/n
- Sales & Business Development Acquire current NRI customers through referrals, leads and networking.
/n
- Cross-sell products such as:
/n
- Deposits and investments
/n
- Mutual funds
/n
- Insurance
/n
- Loans/mortgages
/n
- Remittance services
/n
- Credit cards
/n
- Achieve assigned revenue and business targets.
/n
- Remittances & Foreign Exchange Assist with inward and outward remittances.
/n
- Handle foreign-exchange-related requirements.
/n
- Explain applicable exchange rates, charges and regulatory requirements.
/n




- Investment & Wealth Management Understand the investment objectives of NRI customers.
/n
- Recommend appropriate investment products based on customer profiles and risk appetite.
/n
- Coordinate with wealth-management and investment teams where required.
/n
- Customer Service Resolve customer complaints and service issues promptly.
/n
- Coordinate with operations, compliance, forex and other internal departments.
/n
- Provide support to customers living overseas through phone, email and digital channels.
/n
- Compliance & Risk Management Ensure adherence to RBI, FEMA, AML, KYC and bank policies .
/n
- Monitor transactions and identify unusual or potentially suspicious activity.
/n
- Maintain accurate customer documentation and records.
/n
- Portfolio Monitoring Track customer balances, transactions, deposits and investment activity.
/n
- Identify opportunities to increase customer engagement and wallet share.
/n
- Regularly contact customers for relationship rev
