Way2MBA emphasizes personalized support, ethical counseling practices, and outcome-oriented services. Role Description This is a full time, on-site Senior Admissions Counselor role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The Senior Admissions Counselor will advise prospective students on suitable MBA programs, admission requirements, and application strategies through in-person meetings, phone calls, and digital channels. The counselor will manage leads, follow up with inquiries, and maintain detailed records in CRM or internal systems to ensure timely communication and conversion. collaborating with marketing and sales teams on outreach campaigns; and providing feedback to improve counseling processes and student experience.





Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to counsel diverse students and families effectively.

Candidates should possess Sales skills to manage leads ethically, explain offerings clearly, and guide prospective students from inquiry to enrollment.

Candidates should possess Education-related knowledge or experience, preferably in higher education, test prep, or academic counseling environments.

Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree (in Business, Education, Psychology, or related field), experience in admissions or counseling, and familiarity with CRM tools or student management systems.

Additional beneficial skills include analytical thinking, goal-oriented planning, attention to detail, proficiency in MS Office and online communication tools, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
