Job Description

As Brand Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth, profitability, and brand equity for a key consumer brand portfolio.

Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute brand strategies to deliver sustainable growth.
- Lead consumer insight generation to identify innovation opportunities.
- Manage the brand P&L; and monitor key performance metrics.
- Drive product innovation, renovation, and extension pipelines.
- Plan and execute ATL, BTL, digital, and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Partner closely with sales, trade marketing, and channel teams to maximize market impact.
- Work with creative, media, research,



and agency partners to deliver best-in-class campaigns.
- Collaborate with R&D;, packaging, supply chain, and commercial teams to ensure successful product launches.
- Strengthen brand equity, consumer loyalty, and market penetration

The Successful Applicant
- MBA/Post Graduate in Management from a premier institute. (2020/21/22 batch only)
- 4-5 years of experience within FMCG or consumer-focused businesses.
- At least 1 year of ASM experience in GT/MT/Ecom.
- At least 1.5 years of hands-on brand management experience.
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior, brand building, and innovation.
- Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across traditional and digital channels.
- Commercially astute with exposure to business performance and profitability metrics.
- Demonstrated project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute effect
