The Role We are looking for a commercially oriented finance leader who can go beyond traditional reporting and work closely with the leadership team to build financial discipline and support business growth.

The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B businesses, marketplaces or high-growth startups , with strong exposure to unit economics, FP&A;, cash management and working capital.

Unit Economics & Marketplace Metrics

• Translate unit economics into actionable decisions around pricing, growth and burn .

Lead monthly financial and variance reviews with business and leadership teams.

• Identify financial risks early and translate them into clear business actions.

Own receivables forecasting and collections discipline.

• Build escalation mechanisms for delayed collections.

• Assess the cash-flow impact of commercial decisions and support credit-risk management.

Partner closely with founders and business leaders on financial and strategic decisions.

1• Bring a strong financial lens to growth investments, pricing, cost structures and resource

• Help create a culture of financial discipline across the organisation.

7–10 years of relevant finance experience , with meaningful experience in a high-growth

Prior experience in B2B, marketplace or startup businesses .

• Strong hands-on experience across FP&A;, business finance and cash management .

• Proven understanding of marketplace / transaction-level unit economics .

• Experience managing enterprise receivables and working-capital cycles.

• Strong analytical and commercial thinking, with the ability to connect financial metrics to
