Job Description
- Drive end-to-end liaisoning and coordination with government departments, municipal authorities, planning agencies, utility providers, and regulatory bodies.
- Facilitate timely acquisition of statutory approvals, permits, NOCs, and clearances required for project development and execution.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders, industry bodies, and local authorities.
- Monitor changes in regulatory policies, government notifications, and industry developments, assessing their impact on business operations.
- Support project and leadership teams in resolving approval-related issues and mitigating regulatory risks.
- Represent the company at government forums, industry associations, and stakeholder meetings as required.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Projects, Legal, Design, Sales,



and Finance to ensure seamless execution of corporate affairs initiatives.
- Provide strategic inputs on land acquisition, project approvals, and regulatory compliance matters across the project lifecycle.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:
- Knowledge of corporate governance and compliance practices.
- Experience in the property or building and construction industry.
- Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks in India.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle legal and corporate documentation.15+ years of experience in Corporate Affairs, Government Relations, Liaisoning, or Regulatory Affairs within real estate, infrastructure, construction, or related industries.
- Strong network and working relationships with government and regulatory authorities in the Pune region.
