Tooling Selection, Speeds & Feeds Optimisation/: Determine the best spindle speeds, feed rates, and depth of cut for different materials; choose suitable cutting tools, tool holders, and work/-holding fixtures. Machine Simulation & Crash Prevention/: To guarantee zero collisions and zero scrap, conduct complete virtual machine simulations, confirm tool clearance, look for fixture interference, and carry out dry runs and step/-by/-step first/-piece prove/-outs right on the shop floor.
