Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation.

Record and organise financial transactions in relevant accounting systems.

Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.

Reconcile relevant financial records and identify discrepancies for review.

Support the preparation of routine financial reports and summaries.





Maintain organised records of expenses, payments and other financial transactions.

Coordinate with relevant team members regarding financial information and documentation.

Support compliance with established internal accounting procedures.

Assist with other routine accounting and finance-related activities as required.

Good understanding of accounting principles and standard financial processes.

Ability to maintain organised financial records and documentation.

Familiarity with accounting software and spreadsheet tools.

Understanding of invoicing, reconciliations and routine accounting procedures.

Ability to handle financial information responsibly and maintain appropriate confidentiality.

Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote workplace.
