Job Description
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Drive business growth through effective sales planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
- Expand and strengthen distributor networks while ensuring effective channel management.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
- Lead regional marketing activations, trade promotions, and product launch initiatives.
- Build solid relationships with developers, contractors, industry bodies, influencers, and key channel partners.
- Support project sales by developing builder relationships and generating new business opportunities.




- Negotiate commercial agreements and manage key customer accounts.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing sales teams across the region.
- Drive operational excellence and ensure achievement of defined sales objectives.

The Successful Applicant
- 12+ years of experience in sales and marketing within building materials, construction products, industrial products, or related sectors.
- Proven experience managing regional sales operations and distributor networks.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and motivating successful teams.
- Excellent business planning, analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Bengali is preferred for the Kolkata region.
