We are looking to onboard seasoned sales professionals with 3 to 8 years of proven experience in Recruitment & Staffing services sales in the Indian market.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in selling recruitment and staffing services such as:
Permanent staffing
Contract staffing
RPO / Managed hiring solutions
Project or volume‑based hiring models
Solid track record of business development and client acquisition within India.
Ability to engage with mid to senior‑level stakeholders , understand hiring needs, and propose appropriate recruitment solutions.
Experience working with service‑based recruitment organizations is essential.
