TailorFlow AI is a Cambridge-based enterprise AI services company that designs and delivers bespoke solutions for complex business problems. We help enterprises and ambitious mid-market organisations identify valuable AI opportunities and implement systems that work in real business environments.

Depending on the project, you should be comfortable maintaining three to four hours of overlap with the relevant customer geography.

We are a small, growing team primarily based in Cambridge, with newer team members working remotely from India. As our international customer base grows, we are adding more remote team members in India.

We look for colleagues who investigate problems, propose solutions and help move projects forward.

We are looking for a Project Analyst to help keep complex AI implementation projects organised, transparent and moving forward.

You will support project planning, coordination,



reporting and delivery across international client engagements.

Maintain project plans, actions, risks, dependencies and decision logs.

Support requirements, testing, documentation and implementation readiness.

One to three years of experience in project delivery, consulting, PMO, operations or technology.

Experience with Jira, ClickUp, Asana, Monday.Exposure to agile delivery or software implementation.

Experience preparing client-facing status reports.

This role is suited to someone who enjoys creating clarity and momentum in rapid-moving projects.
