Product Quality Administration Quality Supervisor Job Description/: Responsibilities/: Shift Quality Leadership & Line Inspection Control/: Oversee, assign tasks to, and manage shift QC inspectors and lab personnel to guarantee thorough coverage of incoming raw material verification, in/-process inspection, and final pre/-dispatch inspection. First/-Piece Setup Sign/-Off & Line Clearance/: Before authorising mass production, perform and confirm first/-piece setup clearances after job changes, tool changes, or machine maintenance. Make that tool offsets and program parameters produce parts precisely within engineering drawing tolerances. Inline Defect Containment & Non/-Conformance Management/: When recurring or significant dimensional non/-conformances are found, production lines should be immediately stopped. Quick containment measures should be established, red/-tag quarantine holds should be issued, suspect lots should be segregated,



and thorough Non/-Conformance Reports should be raised. Layered Process Audits & Standard Work Verification/: Verify operator compliance with Control Plans, inspection SOPs, gauge usage protocols, and poka/-yoke operational checks by conducting shift layered process audits.
