Business Lead

As a key member of the leadership team, the Business Lead will play a critical role in shaping the company's next phase of growth and commercial expansion.

Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute the enterprise growth strategy to drive revenue and market expansion.
- Build and strengthen relationships with senior leadership teams across hospital networks and healthcare organisations.
- Identify, negotiate, and close large-scale enterprise partnerships.
- Maximise utilisation and monetisation opportunities across the existing partner ecosystem.




- Create innovative commercial models that unlock new revenue streams and strategic opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with product, technology, and operations teams to translate customer needs into scalable solutions.
- Establish and scale the business development and sales function, building high-performing teams.
- Own business targets, commercial outcomes, and overall growth performance.

The Successful Applicant

5. Profile of a Successful ApplicantExperience
- 10 to 18 years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, healthcare, health-tech, insurance, or related industries.
- Proven track record of acquiring and managing large enterprise accounts.
- Experience working with hospital groups, healthcare providers, insurers, or healthcare ecosystem stakeholders is highly preferred.
- Prior experience building or scaling a business function within a growth-stage or startup setting is advantageous.
