Design, implement, and manage scalable microservices and applications using Java and Spring Boot.

Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve technical challenges and improve application performance.

Participate in code reviews to maintain high standards of quality and to promote best practices within the development team.

Write clean, maintainable code and ensure comprehensive testing to uphold product reliability.

Engage in Agile methodologies and contribute to sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.

Production Operations and handling the bugs in Production.

Monitoring and Alerting, Performance Optimization,



Capacity Planning.

6 to 10 years of relevant experience in software development, with a robust focus on Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.

~ Proficient understanding of software design patterns and best practices.

~ Demonstrated experience working in a collaborative team environment, employing Agile methodologies.

~ Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize software performance.

Experience with containerizations technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).

Familiarity with database management systems and experience in database design and optimization.

Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD tools to streamline the development process.

Exposure to front-end technologies and frameworks is a plus.

Knowledge on AI tools like Claude Code, Cursor etc
