HR Recruiter Develop Teams & Influence Careers Job Description The main "Talent Acquisition Engine, Candidate Engagement Specialist, Hiring Pipeline Integration Anchor & Recruitment Compliance Guardian" for our HR and organisational growth operations is the HR Recruiter Talent Acquisition, Full/-Cycle Recruitment, Candidate Sourcing, Interview Coordination & Recruitment Analytics Specialist. Your main responsibility is to find, screen, interview, negotiate with, and onboard top talent across technical, functional, and operational business units while Chief Human Resources Officers /(CHRO/), HR Directors, Talent Acquisition Managers, and Business Heads create high/-level workforce planning strategies, headcount budgets, employer branding initiatives, and hiring policies. Key Duties Full/-Cycle Recruitment & Talent Sourcing/: Oversee the whole recruitment process, including the design of job descriptions, the processing of requisitions, the sourcing of candidates, the first screening, the scheduling of interviews, the administration of offers,



and pre/-onboarding assistance for all available roles. Multi/-Channel Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Building/: Use job boards /(Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter/), social media platforms, specialised tech communities, campus placements, headhunting, and internal referral programs to proactively find both active and passive applicants. Candidate Screening & Competency Evaluation/: Before submitting an application to the recruiting manager, conduct thorough first phone screenings and structured interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, domain alignment, cultural fit, notice period restrictions, and compensation expectations. Stakeholder Management & Interview Coordination/: Work directly with hiring managers to coordinate job needs, set evaluation standards, expedite interview schedules, gather organised interview feedback, and facilitate prompt hiring choices.
