Job Description

As Marketplace Manager, you will own the end-to-end marketplace strategy and execution across major ecommerce channels including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and other relevant platforms.

Key responsibilities include:
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share across online marketplaces.
- Develop and execute marketplace growth strategies, promotions, and demand generation initiatives.
- Monitor business metrics, analyze performance trends, and identify optimization opportunities.
- Manage marketplace content, pricing, inventory visibility, and assortment planning.
- Collaborate with external agencies and internal stakeholders to improve platform performance.
- Lead marketplace operations, planning,



and forecasting to support aggressive growth targets.
- Work directly with the founders on strategic ecommerce initiatives.
- Build and strengthen marketplace capabilities as the business scales.

The Successful Applicant
- 3 to 7 years of experience in ecommerce, marketplace management, or digital commerce.
- Proven success scaling business across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, etc.
- Experience with D2C, digital-first, startup, or new-age consumer brands.
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
- Experience managing external agencies and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in taking brands through a 0-to-1 or 1-to-10 growth journey.
- Excellent ownership mindset and willingness to build from the ground up.
