Job Description
- Provide technical and application support to customers, distributors, and sales teams across India.
- Build relationships with Biopharma, CRO, CDMO, GMP, and research-focused customers.
- Partner with distributors to identify opportunities, support evaluations, and drive product adoption.
- Deliver scientific presentations, workshops, product demonstrations, and customer training sessions.
- Act as the subject matter expert for antibody-based applications and related workflows.
- Support product launches, strategic initiatives, and key account development activities.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management,



and R&D; teams to support business growth and market expansion.
- Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to influence commercial strategy.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:
- PhD in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Immunology, Cell Biology, Cancer Biology, Neuroscience, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in a Field Application Specialist, Technical Support, or Scientific Sales role.
- Proven experience working with distributors and indirect sales channels.
- Strong exposure to Biopharma, CRO, CDMO, GMP, or drug discovery customers.
- Hands-on expertise in applications such as IHC, Flow Cytometry, Immunofluorescence, or High Content Imaging.
- Solid presentation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working in a commercial environment and supporting revenue-generating activities.
