This role serves as an in-house legal generalist with primary responsibility for all legal matters supporting a shared services company in India. The role will provide legal guidance primarily on workforce-related issues, general corporate matters, litigation, and internal investigations; coordinate closely with U.S.-based legal colleagues on cross border issues; and provide other legal support as needs arise.

Key Responsibilities
- Advise on Indian corporate and labor and employment matters, including employee relations issues, general knowledge of social security and employment-related taxes, commercial contracts, regulatory and investigations, in collaboration with HR and U.S.-based legal colleagues.
- Act as a trusted legal advisor to business teams by providing practical guidance on corporate, commercial, employment, data privacy, regulatory, and governance matters to mitigate legal and business risks.
